Eligibility

The business visa is available to citizens of all countries, except citizens of ECOWAS (Instituted in 1975, by fifteen countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania , Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Togo and Senegal joined later), the community has encountered numerous obstacles to achieving the objectives for which it was established). Who do not need a visa to visit Nigeria and other countries where Nigeria has entered into visa abolition agreements.

Class of persons eligible for business visa

Foreign travelers who wish to visit Nigeria for the purpose of meetings, conferences, seminars, contract negotiation, marketing, sales, distribution of purchases of Nigerian products, trade fairs, job interviews, training of Nigerians, emergency/relief work, membership crew, NGO employees, researchers, musical concerts.

 Requirements

Step 1: Apply online. Complete the visa application online at https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/ and print the completed form.

Step 2: Pay online https://portal.immigration.gov.ng and print the payment receipt.

Step 3: Affix 2 passport photographs (35/40 mm) with a white background.

Step 4: Proceed with the completed form to OIS Services Suite 204, 918 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Roswell, GA 30076 (Tel: +1 678 514 3263) for submission with attached requirements and biometric data.
