– Not having had an American visa refused in the last application.
– Not have been arrested or convicted of a crime; deported or denied entry to the United States.

If any additional information is required, you may be asked to attend the interview. Try to start the renewal process as soon as possible, to avoid unforeseen events or delays on your trip.

We recommend that, in the case of a first visa, you go to the Despachatur headquarters to resolve any doubts, although the applicant has the option of carrying out the entire process online. In the case of renewals, the entire process can be done remotely, the applicant must simply forward the necessary documents via email, without disturbing the process in any way! Finally, to collect the passport with the visa, the applicant can also send an authorization so that someone else can collect it from Despachatur!
