Suriname – There is no special requirement, as Brazilian tourists can stay in Suriname for up to 90 days without a visa.

Due to the existence of a MERCOSUR agreement on travel documents, Brazilian citizens can enter the country carrying a civil identity document, without the need for a passport.

The Brazilian ID issued by the competent institutions has no expiration date and is a valid document for entry into countries party to the agreement. It is necessary, however, that the ID is:

1) in good condition

2) with a photo that allows the holder to be clearly identified.
