Guatemala – Brazilian citizens do not need a tourist visa or registration for trips of up to 90 days to Guatemala.

To travel to Guatemala as a tourist, Brazilian citizens must present an air ticket to return to Brazil and carry a Brazilian passport valid for at least 6 (six) months.

No document other than a passport is accepted as a travel document, not even Brazilian identity cards (RG, driver's license, professional identity card and others) or birth certificates, even for newborns or minors.

Brazilians who are prevented from entering Guatemala by local authorities due to lack of a valid travel document must return to Brazil.

It is recommended that, upon entry, Brazilian tourists make sure to affix the entry stamp in their passport.

It is recommended to present proof of vaccination against Hepatitis A, B, Rabies and Typhoid Fever.
