Canadian Visa Studies
The Canadian Studies visa is an entry permit for citizens who intend to visit Canada, whether for the purpose of tourism, studies or business, or with work intentions, to stay in the country legally.
Applicants for a visitor, transit, study or work permit (except US citizens), as well as permanent residence, will need to provide biometric data at VFS-VAC in the city of their choice (Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Recife or Porto Alegre).
The Consulate General of Canada does not offer priority processing, except for cases of proven emergency (death, serious illness in the family, business and work, among other more specific cases).
You documents that are not in English must be accompanied by a sworn translation.
The visa application/processing/granting time varies. Before proceeding with online hiring, make sure there will be enough time to apply. If you have any questions about the average processing time for a particular visa, please contact our call center.
The responsibility for granting or denying the visa lies entirely with the responsible Consulate or Immigration Office. A Dispatch Ltda is an intermediary company in the visa application process and is not directly responsible for approved or denied visas, whatever the reason.

Payment of fees
Each visa category requires a payment amount for the consular fee, biometrics and advice Dispatch. We will help you identify the correct category for your trip.
Filling out the forms
The forms are specific according to the purpose of the trip. We will fill out the official forms required by the consulate.
Documentation
We will assist you, depending on your socioeconomic profile in Brazil, in the list of documents necessary to present to the consulate, covering the period of stay and intended reason for travel.
Scheduling for biometrics (if applicable)
When applying for a visa for the first time, biometrics (photo and fingerprint) must be collected in person at one of the visa application centers in Brazil. We will make appointments for customers.
If you have already applied for a Canadian study or American visa in the last 10 years, you may have already collected biometrics and are exempt from providing them again. We will consult our clients on whether or not this procedure is necessary and, if necessary, we will schedule it according to the client's availability and the VAC calendar.
Attendance at the biometrics site
On the date, appear at the scheduled location. Our clients receive guidance before attending, with instructions on what should be presented on the day, as well as providing a representative for support, if necessary on the day of the appointment.
Collecting your passport from the consulate and returning it
After delivery of documents At one of the visa application centers, the documentation will be delivered to the consulate. We will monitor it daily and, if there is a consular requirement, we will report it to the applicant. At the end of the process, we will look for your passport and we will return it to our office in Belo Horizonte.
