China Business Visa – All visa applicants must appear at the embassy to collect biometrics, which must be scheduled in advance. Business visas, on an urgent basis, for up to 1 (one) entry, carried out by our representatives at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Brasília, it is not necessary to attend for biometrics collection, requiring the sending of the passport together with supporting documentation. The Embassy will not accept any request that is missing any document requested above.

1 – Before your application begins, ensure that your passport is valid for at least 1 year
2 – Fill out the draft visa application form with your personal information and submit it to Despachatur along with a photocopy of your passport (sheets 3 and 4), previous visas (if any) and scanned visa photograph (400x500mp)
3 – – After applying your visa application in the consulate system (on average 5 business days) we will inform you of the date made available by the consulate for your appearance to present documentation and collect biometrics at the consulate.
4 – Send all your documentation, scanned, to Despachatur, so that we can analyze it and ensure that no items are missing.

Applicants who opt for the courier service (receiving the passport at a specific address) will be charged an additional fee. The value will depend on the state/region, ranging from R$ 35.00 to R$ 85.00. The fee must be paid on the day of the interview directly at the consulate.
