Para determinados grupos de países e vistos, o Visa Comfort Service permitirá que você adquira seu visto Japão do conforto de sua casa. Caso você seja elegível, poderemos representa-lo(a) junto ao consulado através de um procedimento completamente remoto.
Todos os nacionais e cidadãos que residam nos seguintes países/regiões e que pretendam obter um visto Japão de curta duração até 90 dias para fins turísticos, exceto os que estão isentos de visto Japão de curta duração. Brasil, Camboja, Canadá, Mongólia, Arábia Saudita, Cingapura, África do Sul, Taiwan, Emirados Árabes Unidos, Reino Unido e Estados Unidos da América.
A Embaixada do Japão, os Consulados Gerais e os Escritórios Consulares do Japão no Brasil, estão emitindo o visto Japão de múltiplas entradas com período de permanência máxima de 90 dias e validade de até 3 anos com a finalidade de curta permanência, na condição de que sejam cumpridos os requisitos necessários para a emissão do visto Japão.
A Embaixada não aceitará a entrada de qualquer solicitação que estiver faltando algum documento solicitado.

1 – Filling out the form and attaching documents:
The forms are specific according to the purpose of the trip. Follow the instructions to gather and send the documentation to our team for evaluation.
2 – Agendamento:
Despachatur will inform customers of the available date for the visa to be submitted for analysis by the consulate.
3 – Sending passport(s) and, if necessary, documentation, to Despachatur:
Proceed with posting the original documents at the post office according to the instructions that will be provided.
4 – Scheduling day:
Despachatur will represent you at the consulate or embassy to submit your visa application.
5 – Visto concedido:
Once the visa is approved, the consulate retains the passport for visa labeling. Despachatur will collect your passport from the consulate and you can receive it at your home or collect it at our agency.
